Servicing Your Thinklabs One Digital Stethoscope

To send your Thinklabs One* for service and repair: 

1. Purchase this Stethoscope Service:
   
   Qty = The number of stethoscopes you are sending in.
   Shipping Address / Method = the return address we send your stethoscope and shipping method - Ground, overnight etc.
   

2. Email will be sent to you with Return Instructions.

3. Send in your stethoscope per the Return Instructions

Warranty Service - Our team will evaluate your stethoscope. If covered by warranty, you will be refunded for this Stethoscope Service.

Service Time - We aim to please! Stethoscopes are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days after receipt at our facility.

* We no longer repair the Thinklabs ds32 model - This Service is for Thinklabs One.
